Information on the Apartments

The apartments for sale are 3km (1.86 miles) from old Trogir on the island of Čiovo.   They are located in a quiet residential area 3 mins walk from the beach with shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. It's elevated position guarantees spectacular sea views from all apartments.    This exclusive development has just 4 apartments (3 of which are for sale) which are renovated to a very high standard.  Each apartment has it's own terrace/balcony, car parking and separate storage space.

The terraces and parking areas are paved with local white stone.  Apartment A has it's own separate entrance while a small flight of granite steps leads to the main entrance for the 3 upper apartments.  Behind the parking area are four individual storage areas for each apartment with aluminium lockable doors.  The parking area has 2 security lights with movement sensors to light your way in darkness.  External lights are fitted outside each entrance and on all balconies and terraces.  Light fixtures are fitted to all internal areas. The hallways, stairs and landing are covered in grey marble.  Interior doors in Apartment A are of a dark cherry wood while those in the upper apartments are oak wood.  Satellite and terrestrial TV aerials are installed and each apartment has a TV point in each living room and bedroom and a telephone point in each apartment.
