About Our Business Bittmann d.o.o. was established in 2005 to purchase, build and/or renovate property and real estate in Croatia. Our aim is to provide excellent quality, value for money holiday homes in areas where we would choose to live ourselves.  Our property always combine a great location with potential for capital appreciation and income generation.  The finish on our properties is second to none and many extras come as standard.  We believe in good communication and ensure our clients are always up to date and fully informed throughout the whole process of viewing and buying. Bittmann d.o.o. is a husband and wife team, Peter is from Germany and Noreen is from Ireland.   We have a number of years experience renovating properties to a very high standard in the U.K.  We now hope to bring that development experience to Croatia, having permanently relocated here.   The building work is being carried out by Zelenika d.o.o.   of Split, a company experienced in all aspects of building work, including the restoration of historical buildings.
